Job Description
- We are seeking a proven, tactical, and strategic Manager to lead a team of Business Development Representatives, covering the Public Sector for our Northern European Team, in support of our field sales organisation, in a role based from our Dublin office.
- Your Team will develop and qualify revenue opportunities within their assigned territory.
- They generate new business opportunities to fuel sales pipeline by conducting strategic research and cold calling. You’ll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve goals of the company

- The day to day management of the team, including responsibility for performance management, recruitment and training
- Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts and accurately predicts monthly revenues
- Responsible for ownership of various aspects of the business including but not limited to: Marketing Initiatives, Enablement, Operations
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales development and other sales teams to develop operational strategies and execution plans for new geographies, products and market segments
- Drive meticulous sales development execution and oversight, ensuring accurate forecasts and total transparency
- Build and conduct executive presentations for internal presentations and for external presentations in the form of executive briefings to customers, prospects, and internal collaborators
- Prioritise and drive the acquisition of new logos

- Software/Technology sales experience in an Account Executive role
- Consistent record of over-achievement of quota expectations in an individual contributor sales role
- Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills
- Validated ability to create and inspire hard-working teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships
- Experience in developing a high-performance culture across teams
- A passion for building a thriving and diverse team
- Fluency In Dutch or German and English is essential
- Strong experience successfully coaching and mentoring team members to achieve performance goals
- Experience working in a multicultural & high-growth environment
