1. About Euro Top Tech

Euro Top Tech GmbH – Zug, Switzerland ("Euro Top Tech", "we", "us", "our") is a platform that aggregates high-paying tech job listings across Europe, provides salary and financial comparison tools, career guides, and community access. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Euro Top Tech.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and don't share your account with others.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are used for abuse or that violate these terms.

3. Services Provided

• Job Listings: Aggregated tech job postings from companies across Europe and remote opportunities worldwide.
• Financial Data: Salary comparisons, tax rates, and saving potential across European countries and cities.
• Career Guides: Educational content to help you navigate your tech career in Europe.
• AI Lab: AI-powered tools including CV review and skills pattern analysis to help optimize your job search (for subscribers).
• Community: Discord community access for networking and discussion (for subscribers).

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• Provide accurate information when creating an account or subscribing.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Fair Use & Automation

• No scraping, crawling, automated browser sessions, bulk exports, or request patterns that mimic scraping.
• Don't use our data to build a competing job board or to enrich datasets for resale.
• We may rate-limit, block, or terminate offending accounts and IP addresses without notice.
• Need data at scale? Contact us for licensed or enterprise access instead.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

• Some features require a paid subscription, processed securely via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
• If we change our fees, the new price takes effect at your next billing cycle and we'll give you reasonable prior notice, so you have the chance to cancel first.
• Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are typically limited to billing errors. No refunds will be issued once you have accessed premium features — including searching or viewing curated job listings, using the salary and financial tools, opening career guides, using the AI Lab, or joining the community. Purchasing access in order to scrape, copy, or resell our data voids any refund rights.
• This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
• Charged in error? Email info@eurotoptech.com before disputing the charge and we'll sort it out with you directly.

7. User Content

Content you submit — salary data submissions, community posts, CVs uploaded to the AI Lab, and feedback — stays yours. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content so we can operate and improve the service. Salary submissions may be published in anonymized, aggregated form. You warrant that you have the rights to anything you submit. How we handle personal data is covered by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

• Job listings are aggregated from external sources. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or outcomes.
• Financial data and salary information is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.
• We are not responsible for hiring decisions, job offers, or any interactions between you and employers.
• AI-generated content (CV reviews, skills assessments) is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on Euro Top Tech is our property unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euro Top Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of CHF 100 or the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.
• You can close your account at any time.
• Sections that by their nature survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply after your account ends.

12. Changes to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We'll notify subscribers of significant changes via email.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll let you know by email or an in-product notice with reasonable advance notice. Continuing to use Euro Top Tech after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you additionally benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
