EuroTopTech is a careers platform for tech workers in Europe:

• 8,000+ curated European tech jobs and 4,000+ remote roles, updated continuously.
• Salary, savings, and cost-of-living data for European tech, so you can compare what you’d actually keep after tax across cities.
• Career tools and guides: an application tracker, CV/AI review, and step-by-step playbooks.
• 1:1 coaching for engineers targeting six-figure roles.

It's a paid subscription, not a data-harvesting scheme and not a recruiter that profits from placing you.

Who's behind it

EuroTopTech is built by one named, reachable person: Nicola Amadio, a former Oracle engineer based in Zurich and the author of The European Engineer. You can verify all of it independently: LinkedIn, the newsletter, and more about what I'm building on our About page. There's no faceless company here. You know exactly whose name is on it.

Where the salary data comes from

The numbers come from transparent, documented sources:

• Crowdsourced reports: 1,153+ engineers have anonymously submitted their compensation, savings, and quality-of-life data via our contribute form. Every submission is reviewed before publication and is only ever shown anonymized and aggregated, never in a way that identifies anyone.
• Curated job postings: figures also draw on curated €100k+ European roles, so the numbers describe the top of the market, not the average developer salary.
• Aggregates refresh hourly from the live database. Explore it yourself.

How we make money

No hidden fees and no dark patterns. We fund the platform with simple subscriptions:

• Job Board: short-term access to the European and remote job board for an active search, from €5/mo on yearly billing (€19 month-to-month). No long commitment.
• Gold (€7.42/mo, billed €89/year): everything in Job Board, plus AI that scores and ranks every job against your CV, an AI CV review, step-by-step guides, the career tracker, and the private community.
• Master (€9.92/mo, billed €119/year): everything in Gold, plus worldwide remote roles (matched to your CV too) and relocation and tax tooling.
