What This Program Helps You Do
Four outcomes we work toward together, with a clear plan for each.
Raise Your Total Comp
Position yourself for six-figure offers, and learn to negotiate every part of the package: base salary, bonus, equity, and sign-on.
Level Up, Not Just Switch
Build a Plan A, B, and C for your next move (Big Tech, a scale-up, or a top Swiss firm), with a clear roadmap to get interview-ready for each.
Land Roles Worth Having
Target companies that fit the life you want, whether that is remote, a relocation, or top-of-market pay in Europe, instead of taking the first offer that comes along.
Skip the Cold-Application Pile
Get referrals through my network at Big Tech, high-paying startups, and top Swiss firms, and learn how to land your own.

How the Program Works
The program is designed to run over a few months of consistent effort. Plan for 10+ hours per week on the program (20+ for the fastest results). This isn't a one-month sprint, and the best outcomes come from sticking with it across multiple iteration cycles.
The Iterative Loop
Coaching is fundamentally iterative. Each cycle looks like this, and we keep repeating it for as long as you're in the program.
1:1 Call
We discuss where you are, assess the work done since last call, and decide what to focus on next.
Action Items
Concrete, focused next steps for the coming days/weeks come out of every call. No vague homework.
Async Execution
You execute on the action items between calls. Telegram & email are open whenever you're stuck or want feedback.
Then repeat. Every cycle sharpens the strategy and pushes you closer to the goal.
From Strategy to Execution
The first few calls and iteration cycles lean more on strategy: understanding your situation and constraints, defining clear goals, and choosing the right plan A / B / C for the next step in your career. Once we've agreed on those goals, the focus shifts to steady execution towards them.
That said, strategy is never locked in stone. As new information comes in (interviews, offers, market signals, life changes), we revisit and adjust strategy at any point in the program.
What We Typically Work On
Depending on your particular case, some areas will be skipped or emphasized. As a rule of thumb, these are the levers we pull:
CV improvements
Iterating your CV until it meaningfully lifts your top-of-funnel for the roles you actually want.
LinkedIn improvements
Tightening your LinkedIn so recruiters and hiring managers reach out to you, not the other way around.
Networking & referrals
Learning how to DM and network with people effectively, through LinkedIn, other channels, and my own network, to land referrals at top companies.
Interview preparation
Depending on the strategy we adopt: algorithms & data structures, system design, studying the specific companies and interviewers you'll meet, and optimizing each individual interview process.
Juggling pipelines, offers & deadlines
Managing multiple interviews, offers, and deadlines in parallel without losing leverage or momentum.
Landing a top offer
Negotiating, comparing offers, and closing on the right one rather than just the first one.
Choose Your Program
Two formats, one progression. Most people start on the Full Plan and graduate to Lightweight after 2–3 months.
Full Plan
€1,000
/month
What's Included:
- Two 1:1, 45-minute calls with me every month
- A 1-hour group call with me and other participants every month (group kept under 5 people)
- Async discussions on Telegram (text messages and voice notes)
- Intros from my network once we've sharpened your positioning — I only refer people I can vouch for
- Professional CV and LinkedIn reviews
- Referrals to big tech companies, high-paying startups, and top Swiss firms
- Creation of a plan A, plan B, and plan C for your career's next step
- Everything I know about European tech careers, on tap: comp, Big Tech, Switzerland, remote work, taxes, relocation
Lightweight Plan
€750
/month
Includes everything in the Full Plan, with these adjustments:
- One 1:1 call per month (instead of two in the Full Plan)
- Slightly reduced async bandwidth on Telegram & email
- Still includes the monthly group call, CV/LinkedIn reviews, and network access
Recommended add-on: Euro Top Tech Gold (€89/year)
Most participants use Gold heavily between calls: the job board, salary data, private guides, and career tools.
It's billed separately, but I credit the €89 back on your second month of the Full Plan — so if you stay past month one, Gold is effectively free.
Your Typical Path Through the Program
Most participants follow a two-phase journey: they start on the Full Plan to bootstrap with maximum support, then graduate to the Lightweight Plan once things are running smoothly and they can iterate mostly autonomously.
Full Plan
Typically 2–3 months at the start of the program.
- Heavy strategy work and foundational iterations on CV, LinkedIn, networking framework, and interview prep
- Two 1:1 calls + monthly group call → fast iteration cycles
- Maximum async bandwidth via Telegram and email between calls
- Where most of the program's leverage is created
Lightweight Plan
Typically 1–3 months, once the strategy is clear.
- You iterate mostly autonomously, with expert guidance on the bottlenecks that emerge
- One monthly 1:1 call + group call to keep momentum and review progress
- Slightly reduced async bandwidth, but Telegram and email still open when needed
- A more cost-effective format for the consolidation phase
Some participants stay on the Full Plan throughout, typically those moving fast or juggling multiple parallel interviews. We adjust the format together as we go.
Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers to the questions I get most often before people join
How long does the coaching program typically last?
A few months. The job search approach we use requires consistent effort over a longer time horizon, and the best outcomes I've seen come from participants who commit for several months. Hopping in for a single month and expecting to land a €200k remote role isn't realistic in 2026. Having strong work experience is no longer enough on its own. If it were that easy, everyone would be landing these roles.
Should I pause and resume later if I'm short on bandwidth this month?
Generally not recommended. From what I've seen with previous customers, people who drop off to "take things easier on their own" usually aren't the ones getting the best results. If you can still put in 10+ hours per week, my honest advice is to push for at least another month and see where you land before considering a pause. Of course, the final call is yours.
Will you give me a 2–3 month action plan upfront?
No, that's not how I work. On each call we assess your current situation and build action items for the following few weeks. The method is intentionally iterative: we adjust strategy, tactics and goals based on feedback and results as you go through the search. It's hard to know what the bottlenecks will be in weeks 5–8 before you've actually executed weeks 1–4, and the work is always about acting on the current bottleneck.
How do I get the most value out of the program?
Keep it very simple: (1) allocate 10+ hours per week to the program (20+ for the best/fastest results), (2) execute as well as possible on the action items we agree on, and (3) use the calls to assess progress and define new action items. That's really it. The participants who follow this loop consistently are the ones who get results.
Are referrals still accessible in the current market, especially for top remote roles?
Yes, but the bar has gone up. Most people I see network at "3/10 quality". To land referrals at top remote companies you really need 7/10 at minimum, ideally 8+. This is something I can teach you within the program; I've done it several times with previous clients.
What about big tech referrals when applying from outside Europe (e.g., from India)?
Big tech referrals are a bit easier to source (e.g., via teamblind.com), but a referral on its own won't necessarily get you an interview when you're applying from another continent. The high-leverage move is networking with, and getting referred by, people based in the actual office you're applying to, even within big tech. It just requires more sophistication than "send the link to anyone at the company".
Why does the Gold Tier subscription work the way it does (separate, then reimbursed)?
Gold is a separate product, so it's billed separately. But because coaching participants use the platform heavily between calls, I credit the €89 back on your second month of the Full Plan (you pay €911 instead of €1,000). Stay past month one and Gold is effectively free.
Is one month of coaching enough to land a top role?
Almost never. The program works, but it works over multiple iteration cycles and requires real commitment. One month of coaching is best thought of as the onboarding/bootstrapping phase: strategy, CV, LinkedIn, networking foundations, first iterations. Real outcomes (interviews, offers, negotiations) typically land in the months that follow.
