Six-Figure Euro Engineer Coaching Program
1:1 coaching to land a six-figure tech role in Europe.
For ambitious engineers who want Big Tech pay, top-Swiss-firm offers, or remote $100k+ roles without giving up the lifestyle they want.
30+ engineers coached into six-figure roles

Participants have landed roles at
"$140k TC, fully remote" · "+50% salary in 2 months" · "8 interviews after 200 cold applications went nowhere"
What This Program Helps You Do
Four outcomes we work toward together, with a clear plan for each.
Raise Your Total Comp
Position yourself for six-figure offers, and learn to negotiate every part of the package: base salary, bonus, equity, and sign-on.
Level Up, Not Just Switch
Build a Plan A, B, and C for your next move (Big Tech, a scale-up, or a top Swiss firm), with a clear roadmap to get interview-ready for each.
Land Roles Worth Having
Target companies that fit the life you want, whether that is remote, a relocation, or top-of-market pay in Europe, instead of taking the first offer that comes along.
Skip the Cold-Application Pile
Get referrals through my network at Big Tech, high-paying startups, and top Swiss firms, and learn how to land your own.
Meet Your Coach
You'll be working directly with me, Nicola Amadio, throughout the entire program.

How the Program Works
The program is designed to run over a few months of consistent effort. Plan for 10+ hours per week on the program (20+ for the fastest results). This isn't a one-month sprint, and the best outcomes come from sticking with it across multiple iteration cycles.
The Iterative Loop
Coaching is fundamentally iterative. Each cycle looks like this, and we keep repeating it for as long as you're in the program.
1:1 Call
We discuss where you are, assess the work done since last call, and decide what to focus on next.
Action Items
Concrete, focused next steps for the coming days/weeks come out of every call. No vague homework.
Async Execution
You execute on the action items between calls, send a weekly update email with progress and blockers, and get my reply to keep you moving.
Then repeat. Every cycle sharpens the strategy and pushes you closer to the goal.
From Strategy to Execution
The first few calls and iteration cycles lean more on strategy: understanding your situation and constraints, defining clear goals, and choosing the right plan A / B / C for the next step in your career. Once we've agreed on those goals, the focus shifts to steady execution towards them.
That said, strategy is never locked in stone. As new information comes in (interviews, offers, market signals, life changes), we revisit and adjust strategy at any point in the program.
What We Typically Work On
Depending on your particular case, some areas will be skipped or emphasized. As a rule of thumb, these are the levers we pull:
Target roles, companies, and people
Building your target list from the platform data and my own market knowledge: which roles fit you, which companies pay top of market for them, and which people inside those companies are worth reaching.
CV & LinkedIn improvements
Iterating both until they meaningfully lift your top-of-funnel: recruiters start reaching out, and your applications actually turn into interviews for the roles you want.
Networking & referrals
Learning how to DM and network with people effectively, through LinkedIn, other channels, and my own network, to land referrals at top companies.
Interview preparation
Depending on the strategy we adopt: algorithms & data structures, system design, studying the specific companies and interviewers you'll meet, and optimizing each individual interview process.
Juggling pipelines, offers & deadlines
Managing multiple interviews, offers, and deadlines in parallel without losing leverage or momentum.
Landing a top offer
Negotiating, comparing offers, and closing on the right one rather than just the first one.
Who This Is For
The program is built around specific targets, not generic job searching. If you see yourself below, we'll probably work well together.
High-pay remote
Remote-first engineers targeting €120-150k in Europe, or pushing into the €150-300k top of the remote market. The board tracks 3,000+ fully-remote roles paying $100-600k, so target supply is rarely the bottleneck.
Big tech, HFT, and top scaleups
Top of market depends on where you sit: juniors run about €60-70k total comp in Spain or Poland and €170-200k in Switzerland, seniors about €140-180k+ and €300-400k respectively, with most other countries in between.
All levels, engineering first
Junior to executive, with the sweet spot at mid, senior, and staff. Backend, fullstack, AI/ML, data science and data engineering, DevOps/platform/infra, mobile, sales engineering and FDE, crypto. Engineering managers and product or project managers are welcome too.
Who it's not for
I haven't coached design, HR, or ops profiles, and the playbook here is engineering-centric (Euro Top Tech tracks those roles, but this program isn't built for them). If you're after a standard local-market role rather than the tiers above, you don't need coaching: the membership (job boards, salary data, guides, career tools) gets you there for a fraction of the price.
Choose Your Program
Two formats, one progression. Most people start on the Full Plan and graduate to Lightweight after 2-3 months.
Full Plan
€1,300
/month
What's Included:
- Two 1:1, 45-minute calls with me every month
- A 1-hour group call with me and other participants every month (group kept under 5 people)
- A weekly update email with my reply, plus Telegram (text or voice notes) for quick questions and logistics
- Intros from my network once we've sharpened your positioning (I only refer people I can vouch for)
- Professional CV and LinkedIn reviews
- Referrals to big tech companies, high-paying startups, and top Swiss firms
- Creation of a plan A, plan B, and plan C for your career's next step
- Everything I know about European tech careers, on tap: comp, Big Tech, Switzerland, remote work, taxes, relocation
Lightweight Plan
€1,000
/month
Includes everything in the Full Plan, with these adjustments:
- One 1:1 call per month (instead of two in the Full Plan)
- Update email every two weeks with my reply (instead of weekly)
- Still includes the monthly group call, CV/LinkedIn reviews, and network access
Recommended add-on: Euro Top Tech membership (€99 for 9 months)
Most participants use Euro Top Tech heavily between calls: the job board, salary data, private guides, and career tools.
It's billed separately, but I credit the €99 back on your second month of the Full Plan, so if you stay past month one, the membership is effectively free.
Your Typical Path Through the Program
Most participants follow a two-phase journey: they start on the Full Plan to bootstrap with maximum support, then graduate to the Lightweight Plan once things are running smoothly and they can iterate mostly autonomously.
Full Plan
Typically 2-3 months at the start of the program.
- Heavy strategy work and foundational iterations on CV, LinkedIn, networking framework, and interview prep
- Two 1:1 calls + monthly group call → fast iteration cycles
- Weekly update email with my reply, plus Telegram for quick questions
- Where most of the program's leverage is created
Lightweight Plan
Typically 1-3 months, once the strategy is clear.
- You iterate mostly autonomously, with expert guidance on the bottlenecks that emerge
- One monthly 1:1 call + group call to keep momentum and review progress
- Update email every two weeks instead of weekly, Telegram still open when needed
- A more cost-effective format for the consolidation phase
Some participants stay on the Full Plan throughout, typically those moving fast or juggling multiple parallel interviews. We adjust the format together as we go.
Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers to the questions I get most often before people join
How long does the coaching program typically last?
A few months. The job search approach we use requires consistent effort over a longer time horizon, and the best outcomes I've seen come from participants who commit for several months. Hopping in for a single month and expecting to land a €200k remote role isn't realistic in 2026. Having strong work experience is no longer enough on its own. If it were that easy, everyone would be landing these roles.
How does the commitment work? Is there a minimum?
Month to month, no long-term lock-in. Your payment starts the month, and at each month boundary we both decide whether to continue. Treat the first month as a mutual trial: you assess whether the program works for you, and I assess whether I can genuinely help you and whether we work well together. The best outcomes come from staying several months, but that gets decided month by month, not signed upfront.
Should I pause and resume later if I'm short on bandwidth this month?
Generally not recommended. From what I've seen with previous customers, people who drop off to "take things easier on their own" usually aren't the ones getting the best results. If you can still put in 10+ hours per week, my honest advice is to push for at least another month and see where you land before considering a pause. Of course, the final call is yours.
Will you give me a 2-3 month action plan upfront?
No, that's not how I work. On each call we assess your current situation and build action items for the following few weeks. The method is intentionally iterative: we adjust strategy, tactics and goals based on feedback and results as you go through the search. It's hard to know what the bottlenecks will be in weeks 5-8 before you've actually executed weeks 1-4, and the work is always about acting on the current bottleneck.
How do I get the most value out of the program?
Keep it very simple: (1) allocate 10+ hours per week to the program (20+ for the best/fastest results), (2) execute as well as possible on the action items we agree on, and (3) use the calls to assess progress and define new action items. That's really it. The participants who follow this loop consistently are the ones who get results.
Are referrals still accessible in the current market, especially for top remote roles?
Yes, but the bar has gone up. Most people I see network at "3/10 quality". To land referrals at top remote companies you really need 7/10 at minimum, ideally 8+. This is something I can teach you within the program; I've done it several times with previous clients.
What about big tech referrals when applying from outside Europe (e.g., from India)?
Big tech referrals are a bit easier to source (e.g., via teamblind.com), but a referral on its own won't necessarily get you an interview when you're applying from another continent. The high-leverage move is networking with, and getting referred by, people based in the actual office you're applying to, even within big tech. It just requires more sophistication than "send the link to anyone at the company".
Why does the Euro Top Tech membership work the way it does (separate, then reimbursed)?
The membership is a separate product, so it's billed separately. But because coaching participants use the platform heavily between calls, I credit the €99 back on your second month of the Full Plan (you pay €1,201 instead of €1,300). Stay past month one and the membership is effectively free.
Is one month of coaching enough to land a top role?
Almost never. The program works, but it works over multiple iteration cycles and requires real commitment. One month of coaching is best thought of as the onboarding/bootstrapping phase: strategy, CV, LinkedIn, networking foundations, first iterations. Real outcomes (interviews, offers, negotiations) typically land in the months that follow.
What Past Participants Say
Real reviews from coached engineers, names and dates included
I joined Nic's program twice. The first time I landed offers from Google and Meta; the second, after deciding I wanted to go fully remote, I landed a $200K remote engineering role. The two searches needed completely different approaches. Big tech interviews are standardised, so prep is mostly a known quantity. Remote roles are far more varied (every company wants something different) which makes choosing where to spe...

With Nic's help, I got a $140k TC full remote job in three months. I got a 4x TC increase overall, and I'll get back what I invested in this with the first monthly paycheck (best ROI I ever had!). I'm a senior data scientist with an atypical profile because I'm not a traditional software engineer and I have an academic background. First, Nic helped me figure out what I was looking for and helped me narrow down my job...
