About the role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for an Internal Governance Analyst to drive key monitoring activities, including risk incident investigations, complaints reviews, and a range of quality assurance checks.

Through these efforts, you'll ensure the highest governance standards, early risk identification, and continuous improvement across sales operations.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing, triaging, and monitoring Risk & Compliance cases via the Service Desk alongside Risk and Compliance Managers.
• Investigating risk incidents, policy breaches, and operational issues affecting Sales to drive root-cause remediation.
• Managing and prioritizing JIRA Service Desk tickets with accurate tracking, documentation, and escalation.
• Conducting periodic governance reviews across back-office access, customer Slack channels, and policy adherence.
• Identifying control gaps, emerging risks, and recurring issues to strengthen core governance frameworks.
• Supporting the development and implementation of preventive controls to reduce policy violations and operational risk.
• Producing clear, concise reports and actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience at Revolut in Quality Analysis, Support, SME, or similar operational governance roles.
• Track record of managing complex case investigations, escalations, and operational issues.
• Strong proficiency in JIRA Service Management, including ticket queue management and workflow tracking.
• Advanced working knowledge of Google Workspace tools, particularly Sheets, Docs, and Forms.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills applied through a structured problem-solving approach.
• High attention to detail to quickly spot risks, control gaps, and process deviations.
• The autonomy to work independently while seamlessly collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Written and verbal communication skills to clearly document findings and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Prior experience handling risk incidents, compliance investigations, or governance activities.
• Exposure to SQL or basic data querying for monitoring and reporting purposes.
• Experience using Looker, Salesforce, or similar operational tools.
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance monitoring, audit, or quality assurance methodologies.
• Familiarity with fast-paced, highly regulated, or fintech environments.
