Account Executive (Iberia)

• The role is part of our Sales team, working with existing customers and new prospects across Catalunya to drive growth and deliver value through the full Salesforce platform
• You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-suite decision makers, helping organizations unlock the power of AI and CRM to transform how they do business
• Build and manage long-term account strategies aligned with customer business objectives
• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction across your assigned accounts
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners as needed
• Drive net new business growth through both inbound leads and outbound prospecting

• Solid sales forecasting abilities with a proven track record of revenue achievement in the Spanish market
• Proficient in Spanish and English
• Demonstrated success in net new business sales, from outbound prospecting through to close
• 5 to 10 years of technology sales experience in software or business applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with sales methodology frameworks
• Catalan proficiency will be highly valued
