Global Graduate Rotation Program
is designed for curious thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and go-getters who are excited to make things happen.

Over 24 months, you'll complete
two structured rotations
across eBay's commercial business, gaining hands-on experience, building valuable skills, and contributing to meaningful projects that impact millions of buyers and sellers.

We don't expect you to know everything when you join. We do expect you to bring fresh ideas, take initiative, and be excited to learn.

  Explore commercial opportunities across categories like Fashion, Collectibles, Refurbished Technology, and Motors.

• Build and experiment:
  Bring fresh ideas, challenge existing approaches, and help create solutions that make a difference.

• Turn insights into action:
  Use data, technology, and AI to uncover opportunities, solve problems, and support business decisions.

• Own your impact:
  Take initiative, collaborate with teams, and contribute to projects that drive real results.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree, with graduation expected
  from Summer 2026 to the start of program in September 2027.

• An interest in ecommerce, business, and technology

• The legal right to work in the UK
