About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the operational coordination of international shipments and related customs clearance activities.
• Check commercial invoices, packing lists, transport documents, and other clearance documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Work with customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders to support timely import and export clearance.
• Monitor customs releases and coordinate onward transportation with warehouse and transport teams.
• Investigate clearance delays and follow up on missing documents or information.
• Support enquiries relating to tariff classifications, declared values, and origin information.
• Maintain shipment records and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvements in customs workflows and transportation processes.
• Liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and business partners.

Your profile

• Experience in international transportation, freight forwarding, or customs clearance.
• A qualification in logistics, international trade, freight forwarding, or a related field.
• A sound understanding of customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation.
• Fluency in Mandarin and a good command of English are essential. German language skills are an advantage.
• A structured working style and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with several stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to resolving shipment and clearance issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with customs software or transport management systems is an advantage.
