Job description
TECHNICAL & INDUSTRY ENABLEMENT MANAGER
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Enablement team in Amsterdam. Working in a high-growth scale-up, you’ll have the unique opportunity to empower our global revenue teams through impactful technical training, scalable enablement programs, and industry expertise, helping drive customer success while contributing to a company transforming the world of audit and finance.
WHY DATASNIPPER?
We believe trust is essential to how society works. Every day, we rely on information that's been independently verified, from financial statements to the products we buy, to the sustainability claims companies make. Behind that trust are audit and finance professionals who examine evidence, verify information and hold organizations accountable.
At DataSnipper, we build AI solutions that empower those professionals to make those judgements. With Alwin by DataSnipper, our new agentic platform, AI agents now take on end-to-end audit and finance procedures, while every conclusion stays traceable to its source. That frees professionals to focus on the judgment and expertise that make their work so important.
We're trusted by Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and all Big Four audit firms. Today, more than 600,000 professionals across 3,000+ organizations in 175 countries rely on our platform, and in 2025 alone DataSnipper delivered more than $1.4 billion in productivity savings to its customers
.
Backed by a $100 million Series B led by Index Ventures, at a $1 billion valuation, we've built a strong foundation for what's next. And as proud members of 1% for the Planet, we care about how we grow, not just how fast.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Revenue org, Product, Product Marketing, and the Revenue Enablement team to ensure technical readiness and alignment across all field enablement initiatives
- Design and deliver technical and industry enablement programs that deepen the field's product, architecture, and industry knowledge so they can confidently explain how DataSnipper works and why it matters in audit and finance
- Build and maintain scalable enablement assets (training workbooks, playbooks, and technical guides) ensuring consistent depth across the global team
- Build and run discovery and value realization training that teaches the field how to ask the right questions, uncover pain points, and drive customers from adoption to measurable outcomes
- Develop objection handling frameworks and coaching that prepare the field for tough, skeptical conversations with technical and finance audiences
- Continuously analyze and improve field performance through data-driven insights, tracking the connection between enablement and adoption, delivery quality, and customer outcomes
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3-5 years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar technical-plus-customer-facing role within B2B SaaS
- Direct experience translating complex or technical product concepts into clear, practical guidance that non-technical audiences can use immediately
- Hands-on experience building technical training programs, workshops, or enablement content from scratch (not just delivering pre-made content)
- Strong understanding of how enterprise software products work at an architectural level. You don't need to write code, but you need to understand how the pieces fit together
- Ability to work across teams (Product, PMM, SE, CS) and synthesize input from multiple sources into coherent enablement materials
- Comfortable working with data to identify performance gaps and measure the impact of enablement programs
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills. You can hold a room (virtual or in-person) and make technical concepts accessible
- A collaborative, self-starter mindset suited for a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Experience in audit, finance, or accounting technology is a strong plus but not required
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Be part of one of the fastest-growing, profitable unicorn scale-ups in the Netherlands with a global impact
- Equity (Stock Appreciation Rights) to share the company's success and growth
- Pension plan with a 6% contribution on top of your base salary
- 28 vacation days per year (full-time) to support your work-life balance
- Hybrid work model with at least 3 days onsite in our dynamic Amsterdam office
- Daily, freshly prepared lunches by our in-house chef to keep you energized
- NS business card for easy commuting to the office if applicable
- Access to continuous learning and development initiatives to grow your skills
- Engage with a vibrant international team spread across five global offices
- Company-wide events like DataSnipper GO, where global teams come together
- Access to a mental health and wellness platform supporting your wellbeing
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- Recruitment Screen (30 minutes, online)
- Hiring Manager Interview (30 minutes, online)
- Assessment Interview (60 minutes, on-site)
- Final Interview (30 minutes, online)
