Strategic Analytics Operations Manager - STE 6-Month Contract

Meta is seeking a Strategic Analytics Operations professional to support data-driven decision-making across business planning and operational functions. In this role, you will partner with analytics, finance, and operations teams to translate complex business data into actionable insights that inform strategic priorities. You will help design and maintain operational frameworks that improve how analytics work is planned, tracked, and delivered at scale, ensuring that strategic initiatives are grounded in rigorous analysis and aligned to organizational goals.

Strategic Analytics Operations Manager - STE 6-Month Contract Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business performance data to identify trends, surface root causes, and propose solutions that support organizational strategy
• Partner with analytics and operations stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver on short, mid, and long-term goals aligned to business objectives
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reporting frameworks, and planning tools that enable data-informed decision-making across teams
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches, applying relevant frameworks to generate actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including finance, product, and data science to align on metrics definitions, data sources, and analytical methodologies
• Support strategic planning cycles by synthesizing analytics outputs into clear, audience-appropriate communications for stakeholders at varying leadership levels
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies in analytics workflows, driving process improvements through documentation and tooling
• Engage team leaders to build buy-in for analytical approaches and project direction, proactively managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams
• Realign analytical priorities in response to dynamic business and regulatory needs, balancing competing demands based on impact and urgency
• Offer and seek actionable feedback within the analytics operations team to continuously improve analytical quality and operational effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in strategic analytics, business operations, or a related analytical function
• Experience translating complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks and delivering data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
• Experience working with data querying and visualization tools (such as SQL, Tableau, or equivalent) to build reporting solutions and operational dashboards
• Experience managing multiple analytical workstreams and communicating progress and findings to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as finance, product, or data science to align on metrics and drive shared goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting strategic planning or business review cycles, including synthesizing analytical outputs into executive-ready presentations
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies or experimentation frameworks used to evaluate business or operational decisions
• Background in applying statistical or quantitative methods to evaluate business performance and forecast operational outcomes
