Senior Customer Success Project & Enablement Manager

The role and the team

As a Senior Customer Success Project and Enablement Manager (all genders), you drive project coordination across Customer Success and enable our CSMs to work effectively through the right tools, workflows and processes. You also take end-to-end ownership of select Customer Success projects, from planning through execution. This is a hybrid role.

You work closely with our Customer Success Managers and with cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on track and make the team more effective. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and supervise projects across Customer Success
• Drive initiatives independently, from concept to measurable outcome
• Track project deadlines and deliverables; support workload, timeline and roadmap planning across projects
• Ensure Customer Success Managers are equipped to work effectively in Planhat and our existing tools and workflows, supporting adoption across the team
• Identify, evaluate and drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions within Customer Success
• Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
• Prepare, maintain and distribute departmental KPI reports
• Promote knowledge sharing and enablement activities across the team

What you bring

You have

• Led and delivered complex, cross-functional projects independently with a hands-on approach, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting
• Run multiple initiatives in parallel, keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track through clear communication
• Worked closely with Customer Success or customer-facing teams
• Built and maintained KPI dashboards and reports
• Applied AI tools and automation in your day-to-day work
• Fluent English

It’s a plus if you also have

• Hands-on experience with Planhat, Salesforce, Lightdash or Gong
• German language proficiency
