Job description

Take stewardship for one of the world’s most popular brands, and inspire millions of children to play, have fun and learn with our exciting, novel and relevant products!

Bring stories and experiences to life for families, kids, adults and fans to deliver our vision for the future.

About the role

As our Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Kids, you’ll shape brand strategies and plans across Romania, Bulgaria, Israel and Moldova. You’ll be accountable for consumer sales ambitions for children aged 0–12, coordinate plans across three audience groups and set the annual investment direction. You’ll also connect local priorities with global marketing teams while coaching fellow Brand Marketing Managers. What an amazing job opportunity, is not it?

Required Qualifications

  • Led brand or product management within an established consumer brand, branded-goods or fast-moving consumer goods business
  • Built in-market strategies and annual marketing plans for established consumer brands
  • Managed marketing budgets and developed sales forecasts linked to brand or product plans
  • Used marketing research and effectiveness measurement to guide investment or campaign decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Managed brand or marketing plans across multiple countries or markets
  • Connected marketing assumptions with demand-planning inputs
  • Formal people leadership experience is an advantage

What you'll build

  • Shape aligned plans for the current year and the year ahead, with clear recommendations for the Head of Marketing.
  • Create a coordinated campaign approach across three Kids audience groups, passion points and occasions.
  • Recommend investment choices, budget trade-offs and actions to close gaps against consumer sales ambitions.
  • Consolidate marketing assumptions for Demand Planning and maintain clear budget accountability.
  • Act as the primary connection with global Kids and intellectual property marketing teams.
  • Coach Brand Marketing Managers and help strengthen marketing capabilities through data, innovation and continuous improvement.

If you’ve worked in a role where you built brands, managed marketing investments and turned research into practical decisions, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect strategy, planning and measurement while keeping a clear view of the market.

Life on the team

You’ll join Regional Marketing, supporting the business across Romania, Bulgaria, Israel and Moldova. The team works across markets and functions to strengthen the LEGO® brand and create joined-up consumer experiences. You’ll bring objective thinking, clear communication and a constructive approach to collaboration. You’ll also coach colleagues, influence without formal authority and build trusted relationships with global and local partners.

What success looks like

You’ll balance audience growth, brand building and disciplined investment across several markets. Over the next 12–18 months, you’ll guide annual planning, campaign coordination, intellectual property priorities and actions against performance gaps. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Marketing Managers, global marketing teams, Channel Leads, Key Account Managers and Demand Planning partners.
