About Revolut
People deserve more from their money. More visibility, more control, and more freedom. Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that. Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 80+ million customers get more from their money every day.
As we continue our lightning-fast growth, 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 13,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.
About the role
Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.
We're looking for a Sales Enablement Operations Manager to sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. You'll be building systems and optimising processes that allow our sales force to reach peak performance.
You'll use data to analyse trends and identify performance gaps to design technical, scalable solutions.
Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.
What you'll be doing
- Structuring and running rigorous pilots to test new operational models, sales methodologies, or tools within specific segments to determine what works before scaling globally
- Designing and optimising scalable sales workflows to ensure our Sales team moves with maximum speed and minimal friction
- Analysing sales performance data to identify bottlenecks in the funnel, and implementing operational fixes through process, tooling, or training
- Scoping, prioritising, and owning sales enablement and operations projects, from identifying opportunities to coordinating stakeholders and measuring impact
- Transforming the onboarding programme from a simple training track into a high-impact, metric-driven system that reduces time to productivity for new hires
- Developing KPIs and dashboards to measure the direct ROI of enablement initiatives on sales velocity and conversion
What you'll need
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in operations, strategy consulting, or finance
- Experience with B2B sales, sales enablement, and the development and implementation of enablement programmes
- Impressive analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify opportunities and solve complex problems
- Expertise in building, implementing, and improving processes as a business scales
- A bias for action, with the ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and drive solutions forward
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience scoping and delivering cross-functional projects, from defining success metrics to measuring impact
- Coding experience, particularly in SQL or Python
- Experience developing KPIs and dashboards to measure business performance and the impact of enablement initiatives
- Experience designing and running pilots to test new operational models, sales methodologies, or tools before scaling them
