Overview
Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I Regional Principal Program Manager, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. As a Regional Principal Program Manager, in DCOPs you will join a fast growing organization and contribute to the overall execution of strategy and program delivery. This role will provide opportunity to work with regional leaders and the extended leadership team and for you to develop deep program execution skills, business acumen, and hone your influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead operational service development across the IT lifecycle, identifying complex opportunities, service gaps and improvement areas across DCOPS using customer, business and performance insights.
- Shape and deliver change initiatives by defining program goals, priorities, success criteria, OKRs and KPIs, and using data to guide decisions, risks and trade-offs.
- Drive end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement, from validating use cases and developing staging and mobilisation plans through to monitoring outcomes, quality and performance.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects across DCOPS, CO+I and Microsoft partner teams, coordinating schedules, dependencies, risks and resources while ensuring alignment to objectives.
- Drive governance and operational performance, establishing processes, monitoring performance requirements and standards, and maintaining stakeholder accountability throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
- Use performance data and customer and staff insights to improve services, identifying trends and opportunities and providing recommendations and insights to the GM, DCOPS leadership and partner teams.
Qualifications
Required Qualification:
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in IT life cylce program management
Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 99,800.00 - € 166,900.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
