What the job involves

• As an Onboarding Specialist on the People Operations team, you will shape the experience for every new joiner at Mistral worldwide.
• Your work will ensure new team members feel prepared and welcomed from the moment they accept an offer, through their first weeks and beyond.
• You will partner closely with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace to ensure each onboarding is seamless, consistent, and tailored to local needs.

• Design and manage the onboarding journey for new hires across multiple regions
• Develop, implement, and improve onboarding programs and resources for the organization
• Ensure equipment and resources are ready before each employee’s start date
• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding sessions, orientations, and integration milestones
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to keep onboarding processes aligned and effective
• Measure onboarding effectiveness and use data to improve programs
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive scalable solutions
• Manage travel, transportation, and accommodation logistics for new joiners needing support
