Payroll Manager

Who you are

• Prior experience as a Payroll Manager including delivery of high volume payroll in France
• Strong understanding of French payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws
• Familiarity with payroll systems and software, such as SAP/ADP
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external partners
• Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in team management
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Must be fluent in French and English

What the job involves

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the France payroll (~1,600 employees) using our local, outsourced partners
• Stay updated on payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements in France, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
• Perform controls in accordance with SOX framework
• Collaborate with Employee Success, Finance, and other internal partners to align payroll processes with overall business objectives
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve consistency, accuracy and efficiency across our operations
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data, maintaining data integrity and accuracy of employee records
• Build and maintain relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers
