About The Role
Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on Bolt Food’s delivery operations, courier engagement, and marketplace performance that you can see in real time. If you’re ready to take full ownership, drive meaningful operational improvements, and shape the experience of courier-users and customers in the city this is your opportunity.

You will oversee and execute local courier operations and engagement initiatives, working closely with fleet partners, cross-functional teams, and HQ stakeholders to ensure a smooth, safe, reliable, and high-quality delivery experience.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Bolt Food delivery operations across UA cities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, optimal courier supply, strong marketplace performance, and high service standards.
• Analyse operational data and key KPIs, including utilization, online hours, delivery times, and courier performance, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, while maintaining timely and accurate reporting of metrics and project progress.
• Develop and optimize courier registration, documentation verification, eligibility checks, onboarding, and registration funnels, increasing applicant conversion and turning applicants into active courier-users while maintaining optimum supply levels.
• Develop and execute courier engagement, training, activation, calling, bonus, and co-marketing initiatives, working with fleet partners to improve courier retention, satisfaction, performance, allocation, and vehicle utilization.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards by monitoring courier performance, supporting local regulatory requirements such as DAC7, investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Support operational improvement and technology initiatives by working with Support, Policy, Product, Tech, Marketing, and global teams, staying informed about market and competitor activity, and supporting the Operations Manager with key local initiatives.

About You

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Logistics, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related field, ideally with experience in food delivery, mobility, fleet, or marketplace operations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business, Operations, or another analytical subject.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, comfortable working with operational KPIs, identifying trends, and turning data into actionable decisions.
• Strong project management and execution skills, with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable building relationships with courier-users, fleet partners, local stakeholders, and cross-functional and HQ teams; intermediate or higher English proficiency to collaborate effectively across markets and with HQ.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive problem-solving mindset, and willingness to work both strategically and hands-on to drive operational improvements and deliver a high-quality customer and courier experience.
