Job description

About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

At DoorDash International, we're building the future of local commerce across some of Europe's leading delivery businesses, including Wolt and Deliveroo. Our teams work across brands and markets to identify opportunities, build scalable solutions and turn global capabilities into meaningful local impact.

Why Join Us?

At DoorDash International, execution drives impact. We combine the scale and technology of a global platform with a deep understanding of our local markets. You'll work across Wolt and Deliveroo, partnering with teams throughout EMEA markets to solve complex business problems and scale what works.

If you're passionate about using data to identify growth opportunities, turning insights into action and working across markets to drive measurable business impact, this is an opportunity to help shape how we grow our Restaurant business through better menus.

What you'll be doing

We are seeking a Menu Growth Senior Specialist to support Restaurant growth by improving restaurant Menu Performance and driving adoption of menu-related growth initiatives across EMEA.

Menus are a critical part of the customer and merchant experience. Their quality, completeness and use of growth features can influence customer choice, basket size and overall merchant performance.

You will work closely with the Menu Growth Manager to analyze menu performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into concrete initiatives. You will take end-to-end ownership of defined workstreams, such as Menu Completeness, and work with local Account Management and Merchant Operations teams to execute them across markets and measure their impact.

This is a hands-on Strategy & Operations role combining analytics, project management and stakeholder collaboration. You will independently drive your initiatives from analysis through execution and performance tracking, while partnering with the Menu Growth Manager and Consumer Teams on broader strategy and prioritization.

Day-to-day in this role you'll:

Menu Growth Analysis (~30%)

  • Analyze consumer needs around menu, merchant and business performance to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Use SQL, Snowflake, spreadsheets and dashboards to investigate performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work with the Menu Growth Manager to turn insights and hypotheses into concrete initiatives.
  • Track key metrics including and identify markets or merchant segments requiring additional focus.
  • Support impact measurement and experimentation to understand which interventions improve merchant and business outcomes.
  • Prepare clear analyses and recommendations that help EMEA and local teams make informed decisions.

Initiative Execution (~45%)

  • Own defined Menu Growth initiatives end-to-end, from planning through market rollout and performance tracking.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of EMEA initiatives
  • Translate initiatives into clear execution plans, timelines, materials and actions for participating markets.
  • Track progress against agreed targets and proactively identify execution gaps or blockers.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with local teams and support them in implementing agreed actions.
  • Measure results, document learnings and recommend improvements together with the Menu Growth Manager.
  • Help scale successful approaches and best practices across EMEA markets.

Market & Stakeholder Collaboration (~25%)

  • Work closely with local Account Management and Merchant Operations teams and their leaders across EMEA.
  • Support markets in understanding menu performance gaps and translating insights into concrete actions.
  • Build strong relationships with local stakeholders to drive adoption and execution of Menu Growth initiatives.
  • Gather structured market feedback and use it to improve future initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Analytics and Product when initiatives require additional data, insights or tooling support.
  • Share successful approaches and learnings across markets to accelerate adoption and reduce duplicated effort.

Our humble expectations

  • 2–4 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Marketplace/Commercial Operations or a comparable analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, SQL/Snowflake, Excel/Google Sheets and BI/dashboarding tools.
  • Familiarity with hypothesis-driven problem solving, experimentation and A/B testing principles.
  • First project management experience, with the ability to independently drive defined initiatives from analysis through execution.
  • A commercial mindset and curiosity about how merchant and customer behavior translates into business growth.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and a proactive, action-oriented approach to driving execution across teams and markets.
  • Fluent business English; experience in marketplaces, food delivery, e-commerce or high-growth tech is a plus.
