Job description

Job Description

Just imagine shaping digital experiences that connect kids, adults and families across Western Europe. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll drive digital consumer engagement across LEGO® owned digital channels. You'll develop and execute marketing campaigns and content across LEGO.com, LEGO.com/kids, Fan Marketing, the LEGO Builder app, the LEGO Play app and Magazine experiences. Working closely with global and regional teams, you'll localise campaigns, publish content, optimise performance and turn insights into action. You'll help grow owned channels, strengthen marketing integration and support WE markets.

This is a manager level Individual Contributor role. This role is a one-year temporary contract, based in our Slough Office. We offer a flexible hybrid working model known as Best of Both, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple markets and regions
  • Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships across global, regional and local teams
  • Ability to lead and develop campaign strategies, not just execute a brief, and to translate global direction into locally relevant activations across diverse markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Created and published campaign landing pages for digital marketing initiatives
  • Worked with complex digital platform ecosystems and connected content experiences
  • Experience operating as a senior individual contributor level, comfortable acting as the lead digital campaign voice across regional and market stakeholders
  • Familiarity with fan or creator-led marketing programmes and how to integrate them into broader campaign ecosystems

What you'll build

  • Deliver regional digital campaigns across multiple platforms and markets
  • Balance global campaign direction with local market needs and nuances
  • Identify content trends and translate them into engagement opportunities
  • Optimise digital content and campaigns through performance insights
  • Increase engagement across owned digital channels
  • Strengthen integration between owned digital experiences and broader marketing initiatives
  • Support local market requirements while maintaining alignment with global campaigns

If you've worked in a role where you owned campaigns from planning through post-campaign review, collaborated across regions and functions, and used data to shape recommendations, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is bringing proven experience creating, publishing and optimising digital content while turning insights into meaningful action.

Life on the team

You'll join the Digital Consumer Engagement Marketing and Orchestration team within Marketing Development and Activation. This team creates engaging experiences across LEGO® owned digital channels and focuses on campaign execution, channel growth and connecting marketing activities. We work closely with markets and audiences across international regions. Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management and analytical thinking help us succeed together. A proactive mindset is a must and the ability to work effectively across international environments are an important part of daily team life.

What success looks like

Success means delivering impactful regional campaigns, supporting content initiatives across WE, and using campaign insights to continuously improve future performance. Over the next 12 months, you'll help drive continued growth across owned digital channels, deepen integration across LEGO experiences, expand localised content and support the growing role of fan marketing. You'll work closely with product owners, channel owners, regional and global marketing teams, and a broad network of internal and external collaborators.
