Who you are

• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
• Experience working effectively with science, data processing, and software engineering teams
• Extensive domain knowledge of AI from a business-level perspective
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Q for Business, Q for Dev etc.)
• Experience in consulting or working for large, complex organizations
• Master's degree or above

• The GenAI Sales Specialist will be a key member of the team responsible for providing business leadership and creative direction for this fast-paced and evolving technology working with strategic customers in the Benelux region
• You will build and maintain broad relationships in the account, develop and manage opportunities, and lead a large virtual team of extended resources
• You will define an exec relationship strategy within the account, including building a strong working relationship with the AWS senior leadership team for executive sponsorship, executive business reviews, and shaping go-to-market opportunities

• Lead the AWS AI Business for your assigned verticals and sub-industries in the Benelux region
• Accelerate customer adoption by defining and implementing domain specific Sales strategies within your assigned sub-verticals, leveraging AWS Sales and our partner ecosystem
• Build Trust with Executives, Data Scientistes, Developers, Line of Business and C-suite leaders, building trust with your soft skills and technical expertise, and following through to help solve their most compelling business problems
• Develop and deliver compelling ROI and business cases to drive adoption of AWS Gen AI solutions
• Act as the front line within your accounts for all specialist customer engagement in your domain
• Create & articulate compelling value propositions that address specific needs of your customers
• Build and innovate: Co-Develop GTM motions on new product launches and work with product teams on the creation of innovative new services
• Partner with system integrators, Developers to deliver on customer projects
• Spearhead market expansion by pinpointing new customer segments and Gen AI use cases
• Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously strengthen AWS's Gen AI value proposition
• Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform product roadmaps and enhance the customer experience
• Drive sales efforts spanning multiple lines of business with decision-making authority and budget ownership
