In return for the impact you have, we will provide an up-to-date company car plus fuel/ credit card, daily lunch expense subsidy , access to private healthcare, life and long-term disability cover, and a competitive bonus potential based on a company currently in double-digit growth.

  • Negotiate product placement and positioning with retail customers.
  • Sell account plans that increased product visibility and consumer sales.
  • Become a trusted commercial partner to retail customers while delivering account growth.
  • Used sales and shopper data to identify retail growth opportunities.
  • Spanish fluency (for day-to-day business) and proficiency in English (for wider meetings/ projects involving regional teams) is required
  • An ability to drive, holding a full Spanish driving license and able to commute between those locations in the Andalusia East area.

What you'll build

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of opportunity accounts across the region.
  • Secure strong locations for LEGO product ranges within retail stores.
  • Win space against competitors and other product categories.
  • Grow seed accounts to increase consumer sales.
  • Diagnose execution issues and create practical account action plans.
  • Turn store observations into commercial actions.
  • Grow product sales through customer account management across Andalucía East.
  • Negotiate commercial plans, product placement, orders or promotional activity with customers.

If you've worked in a role where you managed customer accounts and turned sales plans into action, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is bringing together commercial thinking, customer knowledge and a practical approach to getting plans delivered.

Life on the team

You'll be part of a team focused on bringing LEGO products to customers through thoughtful sales execution. The role gives you room to take ownership of your territory while staying connected with colleagues and customers. You'll use communication and collaboration every day, sharing perspectives and adapting plans as customer opportunities develop.

What success looks like

Success means knowing your territory and customers well enough to make clear choices about where activity can have the greatest effect. You'll build productive customer relationships, translate commercial plans into sales activity and manage competing priorities across Andalucía East. Over time, you'll become a trusted point of contact for customers while helping turn plans into consistent execution.
