About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role Salesforce Belgium is looking for a curious and energetic Enterprise Account Executive with knowledge of technology, value-based solution selling, and a strong passion for the Manufacturing industry. This Business Unit sells the entire Salesforce platform—including Manufacturing Cloud—into a highly curated set of named enterprise manufacturing accounts (e.g., industrial goods, automotive, chemicals, high-tech manufacturing).

Think of yourself as the "General Manager" of your territory—mapping complex account strategies, aligning resources, and acting as the strategic extension of your customer. You will work closely with other product specialists known as co-primes to help map out the best digital transformation strategy for your customer. You will also have robust technical support from industry-aligned solutions architects and sales engineers.

In this role, you will work closely with current and prospective manufacturing leaders as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their outstanding operational challenges and strategic goals. You will dive into industry-specific complexities—such as supply chain resilience, dealer network management, connected assets, and the shift toward servitization. You will collaborate with customers to evangelize solutions on the Salesforce Platform that bridge the gap between back-office ERPs and front-office customer experiences, helping them blaze new trails within their organizations. You will contribute to our business as a valued member of our Ohana.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success of quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience, ideally with a proven track record of selling into large Manufacturing or Industrial organizations.
  • Account Planning and Strategies: Establishes plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying complex, multi-site enterprise opportunities.
  • Research and Discovery: Uncovers a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on manufacturing-specific use cases (e.g., demand forecasting, run-rate business, aftermarket service, IoT integration) and value hypotheses.
  • 'Solutioning': Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of how modern technology solutions integrate with existing industrial systems and legacy architectures.
  • Communication: Interacting with customers and C-level executives (CIOs, COOs, CROs) in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).
  • Resource Application: Continuously runs toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
  • Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partner ecosystem to support the deal and drive customer success.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the Manufacturing industry landscape, including macro trends like Industry 4.0, direct-to-consumer shifts, and supply chain digitization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Formal Sales Methodology education.
  • Passion for new business sales and hunting within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to develop business cases and service requirements while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota in complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role.
  • Fluency in English and ideally Dutch and/or French.
