Just imagine being empowered to shape and influence our commercial processes and discussions that help the Iberia business make sharper decisions through commercial acumen, a curious approach to continuous improvement, and developing strong business relationships through collaboration. Then make it real.

About The Role
As our Commercial Planning Specialist Iberia, you’ll guide the Iberia Business Unit’s commercial planning processes and provide insights that support commercial growth. You’ll lead the monthly Commercial Planning cycle for the sales team, create clear briefs, and identify risks and opportunities. You’ll use Commercial Target Management and Trade Promotion Management tools and dashboards, while ensuring the sales team submits high-quality planning data.

Required Qualifications

  • Use business performance data to establish key planning processes for a commercial business unit.
  • Managed commercial planning processes within the retail and channel landscape across Iberia.
  • Use Commercial Target Management and Trade Promotion Management tools to support monthly commercial planning.
  • Influenced cross-functional commercial decisions through insight-led recommendations and planning discussions.
  • Used commercial insights to challenge performance trends and support growth decisions.
  • Translate regional commercial priorities into local planning processes for the Iberia sales team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Managed commercial planning across the retail and channel landscape in Iberia.

What You’ll Build

  • Establish and maintain commercial planning processes, including Joint Business Planning, that help the sales team deliver local and regional priorities.
  • Run end-to-end monthly planning processes and develop clear briefs that enable effective commercial decisions.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through planning tools, dashboards, and high-quality business data.
  • Partner with cross-functional colleagues to shape decisions through insight-led recommendations and planning discussions.
  • Support the Integrated Commercial Plan by translating strategy into execution with Revenue Management, Portfolio, and Channel Excellence teams.
  • Lead cross-functional planning discussions and secure alignment on commercial deployments.
  • Support key commercial deployments into the Business Unit, securing Sales Leadership Team alignment for successful adoption and execution.

If you’ve worked in a commercial role where you established sales processes and governance practices, you’ll feel at home here. Experience in an international manufacturing organisation or retail environment will also be relevant. What matters most is your ability to turn commercial information into structured processes and useful solutions for sales teams.

Life on the team
You’ll join Western Europe Regional Commercial Development in Markets and Channels at the LEGO® Group. The team enables sales colleagues through planning processes and commercial insights, while offering local and regional exposure. You’ll bring curiosity to commercial questions and continually look for ways to improve how the team plans. You’ll simplify complex information into practical recommendations while building alignment across functions.

What Success Looks Like
You’ll create planning processes that address regional and local needs, making quality data, useful briefs, and effective deployments part of the team’s rhythm. Over the next 12–18 months, the team will use more data and digital ways of working while sharing good practice and strengthening commercial knowledge. You’ll work closely with the Regional Commercial Development Business Unit Lead, Revenue Manager, Portfolio Manager, Finance Business Partner, Analytics and Insights Lead, and the wider sales team.
