JOB DESCRIPTION

Make change easier to see, manage, and deliver. In this role, you will help teams align on priorities, surface risks early, and close actions with discipline. Job responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the established Cash Operations change governance model, ensuring a consolidated view of change across Global Cash Operations.
  • Maintain portfolio artifacts (e.g., initiative inventory, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, decision logs), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear ownership.
  • Prepare materials for governance forums (working groups, portfolio reviews, steering), capturing decisions, actions, and follow-ups to closure.
  • Help ensure roles and responsibilities are clear and consistently applied across stakeholders, reinforcing accountability and execution efficiency.
  • Support standardization of common change activities (e.g., intake information quality, readiness checklists, post-implementation practices, evidence discipline).
  • Deliver executive-ready portfolio reporting and materials (dashboards, reports, presentations) covering progress, health, milestones, and risks/issues/dependencies; surface trends, decisions, and escalations via standard templates/routines.

  • Enhance governance tooling and processes—including AI/automation to streamline intake, automate tracking, and improve transparency and reporting efficiency.
  • Coordinate team communications/activities (e.g., town halls, strategy sessions) and maintain documentation on collaboration sites (e.g., SharePoint).

  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to produce insights (Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint skills expected).
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority.

  • Experience in cash operations, payments, transaction banking operations, or similar large-scale operational environments.
  • Familiarity with common delivery tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence or equivalent) and basic understanding of delivery lifecycles.
  • Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
