Your job

As a Business Strategist II, you will oversee and support strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and improved business outcomes. You will work across teams and functions to identify opportunities, develop insights, and help execute programs that align with organizational priorities.

Your daily work includes analyzing data, evaluating business performance, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate with partners across the organization to refine strategies, support decision-making, and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively.

• Develop insights and materials to support decision-making at senior levels.
• Partner across functions to align on priorities and execute against strategic plans.
• Support the development of action plans and track progress against defined goals.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Who we are

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience
• Experience in consulting, finance or other professional services OR strategy & operations experience at a technology company
• Fluency with SQL, Excel and Tableau (or other data visualization platform); able to create and edit queries, pull data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis.
• Experience with integrating modern AI tools into daily problem-solving, data analysis, and workflow automation, with a keen curiosity to experiment and push AI boundaries in strategy operations
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
• Highly detail-oriented, with solid business acumen and a clear sense of ownership and ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with history of influencing decisions
• Curious and willing to develop a deep understanding of the business and take initiative to suggest ways to improve Indeed’s go-to-market strategy and operations

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, and experience. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets. Tier 2 - Ireland 63,000 - 95,000 EUR per year
