About The Role As a Vehicle Specialist, you’ll keep our Bolt Drive cars in top shape for customers. Your tasks include relocating vehicles, refueling, charging, checking for damage, and ensuring each car has the necessary equipment. Your role is essential in keeping the fleet available and running smoothly.
Please note this is a full-time position that pays 1699 EUR gross monthly, plus a night-time bonus.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Ensuring Bolt Drive’s cars are clean, fueled, and ready for customers!
- Performing vehicle inspections and reporting new damage and other issues you find.
- Transporting cars to maintenance or repairs when needed.
- Making sure all vehicles have the necessary equipment.
- Relocating cars to the best locations for customers.
- Occasionally helping with cleaning vehicles.
About You
- You have a passion for cars and driving.
- You have a good sense of direction and the ability to navigate efficiently. It's a plus to have strong geographical awareness to plan routes wisely.
- You are responsible, have attention to detail, and think quickly to handle unexpected situations.
- You have a positive attitude — you don’t give up after facing challenges.
- You have a valid driver’s license and enthusiasm!
- You have fluent Lithuanian to communicate with the police and repair shops.
- You are available to work a rotating schedule, including day, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekends.
