  • Facilitate working sessions and operational reviews to drive decisions, accountability, and follow-through.

  • Balance business requirements with global program standards, financial controls, operational scalability, policy requirements, and employee experience.

Travel Operations & Governance

  • Monitor operational performance, service trends, employee feedback, and recurring issues to identify opportunities for program improvement.

  • Support global and regional program changes, ensuring operational requirements, stakeholder needs, and employee experience are considered throughout implementation.

Global Card Program & Payment Solutions

  • Partner with Finance, Controllership, Procurement, card issuers, payment providers, and suppliers to implement and improve payment capabilities.

  • Identify opportunities to expand centralized, digital, and automated payment solutions that reduce manual processes and improve financial controls.

  • Monitor payment operations and supplier performance and drive resolution of recurring issues.

  • Support the development of scalable payment operating models, processes, controls, and governance.
