TikTok Shop - Fashion Affiliate SME and Account Manager

Responsibilities TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. Your role involves finding, convincing new clients to join us and building their strategy for success on the platform. You'll use your persuasive skills to explain the benefits of our platform to clients and help them get started smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Development and/or Account Management and possess excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills. Operating in a fast-moving environment you will work autonomously, taking full responsibility and ownership for hitting business OKRs.

Responsibilities:

• SME Affiliate Operations:

• In charge of the growth of affiliate sales for all categories under the Fashion Industry

• Ideate and launch affiliate projects for Fashion Industry to drive growth in creator-led sales on the platform. This includes collaborating with our affiliate management team to incubate creators focused on Fashion content (and relevant cross-category collaborations) and partnering with agencies to drive content up.

• Develop and execute strategies for Affiliate GMV Growth on TikTok Shop, focusing on enhancing brands’ e-Commerce affiliate approach

• Conduct in-depth analysis of creator data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. Perform both routine and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to affiliate GMV and its key levers: sample volume, Target Plan and TAP GMV, and overall effective affiliate supply GMV

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Campaigns, etc., to streamline processes, resolve friction points, and support affiliate GMV growth

• Provide timely support and troubleshooting for technical issues encountered by brands

• Account Management Operations:

• Support sellers in campaign execution and policy incentive enrolment to maximize their performance.

• Collaborate with TikTok creators and agencies to match brands with influencers for high-impact partnerships.

• Assist in preparing business review reports, offering insights to improve strategies.

• Coordinate creator seeding and product sampling initiatives for brand promotion.

• Handle daily operational tasks, proactively addressing merchant concerns and ensuring smooth workflows.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient in handling objections and learning new platforms or products quickly.

• Experience in e-Commerce

• Experience achieving results with external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated examples of building processes from scratch.

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.

• UK market experience

• CRM and outreach tool knowledge
