In this internship you will join our Job Architecture Task Force within the HR team at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. You will support our talent strategy initiatives across Partnering, Compensation, Recruiting and other HR teams. You will work on how we structure and describe roles, level them and define the skills they require. You will also take an active, hands-on part in running HR projects in a fast-growing, international environment.

- Prepare and coordinate leveling assessments: gather inputs, structure the documentation and help ensure consistent application of the leveling criteria.
- Contribute to the definition and mapping of skills to roles, in collaboration with global project teams.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g. Business Administration, HR, Psychology or similar).
- Genuine interest in organizational development, job architecture and talent management. Experience in HR or project work is a plus, but not required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a professional, respectful approach when working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt quickly to new topics and technologies.
- Candidates are expected to uphold and actively promote sustainability principles in their daily work, operating in line with Tesla Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Policy and EMAS requirements, fostering a culture of continuous environmental improvement.
