This temporary assignment will be working at Airbnb, and may involve working at an Airbnb site, you will however be contracted through Magnit Global , a UK registered employment business with the company registration number 05537535.

The Role The Airbnb EMEA Talent Partner (Human Resources Business Partner) is a critical role that advises and coaches regional business leaders. They drive team health, deliver employee experience programs, and implement global human resources strategies at a local level across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a coach to business leaders on all people matters, organizational design, and team development.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the planning and delivery of cyclical talent programs, performance reviews, and employee relations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to roll out employee experience and workplace initiatives.
  • Diversity & Belonging: Champion D&B programs across the region, ensuring global diversity agendas are implemented locally.
  • Regional Strategy: Provide EMEA-specific insights to global people teams to shape the overarching worldwide talent agenda.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience: Deep, progressive experience in core HR disciplines (Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Change Management).
  • Influence: Exceptional collaboration skills with a proven track record of influencing managers and leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Communication: High-level of emotional intelligence with the ability to advise leaders on sensitive, complex organizational matters.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies within the EMEA region.
