Are you a team player with great communication skills and experience in a customer-facing or logistics role? If you answer yes, we’d love to chat! We are looking for full-time Support Associates to join our Support team in Bratislava from August 2026! What you'll be doing:

• Processing incoming live chats from our customers, venues and courier partners
• Developing our support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt
• Ensuring that the delivery operations run smoothly, providing support for our restaurant and retail partners
• Supporting our Czech and Slovak market

• You have great communication skills with a personal touch
• You have a can-do attitude towards challenges
• You are a fast learner, you have no problem with multitasking, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• You already have some experience in a customer-facing role, and you are passionate about service
• This is a shift work position. You can work mornings, evenings and weekends - We are available to our clients seven days a week from 7:00 am to 1:00 am.
• You are fluent in Slovak language and you have professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2)
• You are able to start working for us from August 2026
