• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measure the impact of your initiatives
• A creative and innovative thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and push the envelope to find new and better ways of doing things
• Strong background in program or project management, with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution and adoption
• Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive decision making; collaborate effectively with a wide range of cross-functional teams
• A resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work through ambiguity, and maintain a long-term strategic perspective
• 5-7 years of experience in a combination of a client-facing and business operations role such as Account Management, Sales/Business Operations, or Business Development, with a demonstrated focus on scaled or pooled customer segments
• A deep understanding of design thinking principles and experience applying them to solve business problems, particularly in the context of systems and process design.Experience designing with and implementing AI, automation, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, or similar) and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and scale- Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience is critical for us.
