Job Description
Description éShop Creative Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Barcelona studio. In this role, you will ensure the studio runs smoothly by coordinating schedules, managing equipment and supplies, supporting production logistics, and maintaining operational standards across our photography, video, and Virtual Production capture workstreams. You will work closely with Producers, Art Directors, Videographers, and freelance talent to keep productions on track and the studio environment ready for high-volume content creation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes ownership of operational details that enable creative teams to do their best work.
Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate daily studio operational readiness across photography bays, video stages, and 3D capture areas—resolving conflicts and optimizing utilization
- Support production logistics including talent check-in, set preparation, prop and wardrobe coordination, and studio turnovers between shoots
- Maintain studio spaces to health & safety and operational standards, flagging and resolving issues proactively
- Track and report on studio utilization metrics, flagging capacity risks and opportunities to leadership
- Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of studio SOPs and operational playbooks
- Coordinate with Facilities, IT, and Security teams to resolve studio infrastructure issues

We operate five creative hub studios in Barcelona, New York, London, Tokyo and New Delhi producing photography, videography, and emerging-format content at scale. Our team blends traditional craft with the latest technology—including Virtual Production stages, AI-driven workflows, and 3D capture systems—to deliver world-class creative for millions of customers. We are a collaborative, fast-moving group of producers, art directors, technologists, and creatives who are passionate about redefining what's possible in e-commerce content. Basic Qualifications
- Experience in a logistics/operations environment
- Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
- Experience with Microsoft office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote, or experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support
- 3+ years of experience in studio operations, production coordination, or facilities management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a photo, video, or content production studio environment
- Familiarity with equipment management, AV systems, or production hardware
- Experience coordinating freelance or contingent workforce logistics (scheduling, onboarding, timekeeping)
- Exposure to production management tools or asset management systems
- Understanding of purchase order processes, cost tracking, or basic financial operations
- Proficiency in Spanish (Catalan a plus)
- Experience with process improvement initiatives or SOP documentation
- Comfort working across international teams and time zones
