Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in Account Management, Management Consulting, Business Development, or Partnerships within the AdTech or Gaming sectors.
- 1 year of experience within the mobile apps, gaming, or sell-side ad technology space.
- Ability to communicate in English, French or Spanish fluency to manage specific regional growth hubs within the EMEA portfolio.
Preferred qualifications:
- Direct experience with AdMob or Google Ad Manager (GAM) at an advanced level (e.g., understanding of First-Look, Unified Pricing, and Header Bidding).
- Deep understanding of the EMEA developer landscape, including market-specific business generation trends and engaged dynamics.
- Ability to dissect complex data sets to identify business leakage and growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to grow in a highly matrixed environment and manage multiple global workstreams with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Proven track record of influencing C-level stakeholders at organizations.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
As a Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) within Global Partnerships (GP), you will manage a portfolio of Apps and Gaming developers across the EMEA region. Your goal is to move beyond transactional relationships and become a core extension of your partners' overall strategy.
You will leverage deep industry insights and Google’s full sellside stack to solve complex commercial issues. You are expected to set long-term objectives for your partners, ensuring mutual alignment and growth. Whether you are navigating the nuances of the RU-speaking developer hubs or scaling across broader EMEA markets, you will operate as a sophisticated consultant who can influence C-suite executives and internal product leads alike.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: €70000 - €71500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead multi-quarter joint business plans for top EMEA developers, balancing near-term business generation health with long-term partner sustainability.
- Drive adoption of advanced sell-side solutions, including Open Bidding and hybrid models, to maximize partner impression value.
- Advise on ad-stack architecture, helping partners optimize the mix of ad business, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
- Guide developers through privacy and regulatory shifts, ensuring data compliance and continued profitability.
- Synthesize partner feedback to influence Google’s product roadmap while partnering cross-functionally to deliver a unified experience.
