Staff Technical Program Manager

Role

 We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager Platform Services to join our team.

This is a global role reporting to the Sr.

Director Cloud Operations - Platform Services in the Cloud Operations - Platform Services department.

You will support our maturing platform through a unique blend of technical program management and vendor management skills.

Your expertise in data center services infrastructure and carrier networks will be critical in delivering creative solutions and executing high-impact projects in a dynamic global environment.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Plan source negotiate and deliver complex data center projects globally from inception to deployment
• Negotiate with data center and carrier providers for colocation space IP transit dark fiber and wave services while ensuring regional compliance
• Conduct regular business and service reviews with global vendors to maintain high standards of service and delivery
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to assess business requirements and track delivery of services to ensure timely utilization
• Communicate updates to cross-functional partners tailoring messaging from executive summaries to detailed technical briefings

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• 8+ years of project management experience specifically in data center operations global carrier services or related infrastructure roles
• Proven experience in vendor management including commercial agreements and contract negotiations
• Deep technical understanding of cloud and data center operations infrastructure and carrier networks
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field
