Solution Architect

Who you are

• Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search
• Experience in a technical customer-facing role
• Ability to map business needs to technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Fluent in English
• Experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, Logstash) or similar technologies
• Experience in observability, security analytics, or enterprise search
• Knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, Java, etc.)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

What the job involves

• As a Solution Architect (Pre-sales) at Elastic, you help customers and partners design, implement, and optimize solutions using the Elastic Stack. Working closely with our Inside Sales team you act as a technical expert, guiding them through architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and best practices
• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops
• Design architectures for search, observability, and security use cases
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
• Assist with deployment planning and configuration
• Provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security
• Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally
