Senior Software Engineer (SSC)

• The Software Engineer will join the self-service cloud growth team, empowering self-service customers and trial users to be successful
• This role specifically focuses on human user onboarding and agents onboarding, directly influencing the successful growth of Elastic Cloud
• Working as a full stack engineer, contributing both to the backend and frontend of the product onboarding and trial experience
• Designing and implementing new scalable features and APIs in our product
• Working closely with PMs and designers to plan and design the features
• Implementing agentic interfaces for onboarding and trial experience
• Collaborate with Elastic solution teams to seamlessly integrate cloud and kibana onboarding flows
• Designing and implementing data evolution strategies to manage schema changes without introducing breaking changes

• You know your way around RESTful APIs and async programming
• Strong proficiency in Node.js server frameworks like Hapi and Next.js
• Ability to plan, design, implement, and lead projects independently

• If you’ve dabbled in state management libraries (like NgRx), that’s a big bonus
