Job Description

About Bolt Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.

From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.

And we're just getting started.

Why join Bolt?

  • Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.
  • Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.
  • Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you'll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.
  • Join one of Europe's leading technology companies, backed by world-class investors including Sequoia.

About The Role As a Senior Program Manager, you'll own the supply operations strategy for Bolt's priority ride categories and customer segments, making sure the right supply is available to meet demand. You'll focus on growing eligible active supply across XL/XXL, two- and three-wheelers, and Comfort/Premium, while improving supply availability and service quality for Business Accounts. Working across Central and Local Operations, Riders, Product, Analytics, and Fleet & Vehicles, you'll turn Riders category and segment ambitions into measurable supply targets, run targeted supply experiments and develop a scalable supply model at category level.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Define and own category-level supply plans, including eligible Monthly Active Partner targets across priority cities, identifying gaps in driver availability, vehicle eligibility and engagement.
  • Partner with Rider Ops, Growth and local teams to build business cases for category-specific supply acquisition across campaign channels, agreeing priorities, investment and execution plans, and partner with Product to submit cases for supply-priority needs that improve utilization.
  • Define and pilot Business Account supply levers, including reviewing driver quality opportunities and vehicle eligibility, and design and implement quality requirements for Comfort/Premium access.
  • Develop driver engagement initiatives that increase participation in eligible categories where and when supply is needed.
  • Define success metrics and evaluate pilots, balancing category and segment gains against driver earnings and the impact on wider marketplace supply, then translate successful pilots into repeatable playbooks with clear ownership and ongoing performance monitoring across markets.

About You

  • Proven experience in programme or category management, category operations, supply growth or a related field, with a strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, supply acquisition and driver or partner engagement.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling operational programmes across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose performance gaps, design experiments and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-regional environments; mobility, fleet or business travel experience is an advantage.

Why you'll love it here

  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
  • Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
  • Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
  • Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.

Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
