Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and execute all user experience and design-related aspects of our Bolt for Business domain within the Rides vertical. This includes all features related to our Business portal and our offering, including Compliance and Expansion across both the Bolt Rider and Driver apps.

The B2B Product team is building the tools and experiences that help companies of all sizes get the most out of Bolt. From how businesses sign up and manage their teams, to how employees book rides and how finance teams handle billing. It's a product space with real complexity and real business impact, where good design decisions directly affect how companies adopt, trust, and stay with Bolt.

You will have a hands-on role in shaping Bolt's growing mobility ecosystem. Are you ready to make a global impact? Join us!

About Us With over 200 million users in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or ability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars. And we need your help on this mission!

About The Role We’re looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to drive and execute all user experience and design-related initiatives at a group level. The primary goal of this role is to deliver exceptional quality products that effectively meet the user and the business needs across various domains.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the experience across the B2B product suite, covering how companies onboard, manage their teams, book rides, and handle billing.
  • Turn complex business and operational requirements into simple, intuitive experiences for a range of users, from HR admins and travel bookers to everyday employees.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and commercial teams to align on priorities and ensure design decisions are grounded in both user needs and business goals.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure solutions are feasible and executed to a high-quality standard.
  • Prototype and validate concepts quickly to test assumptions, gather feedback, and reduce ambiguity, especially in areas with high complexity like pricing, invoicing, and user management.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across the B4B product, spanning the Business Portal, Ride Booker, and the employee-facing app experience.

About You

  • You’re a cross-functional, systems-thinker who speaks the language of product, drives discussions, influences stakeholders at all levels, and works closely with cross-functional partners throughout the design process.
  • You have extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship and an impactful design direction.
  • You know when to prioritize fast iterations for short-term impact, and when to step back, define a broader vision, and work backwards to deliver it.
  • You can communicate fluently in English and effectively articulate your design decisions through storytelling, backed by user insights and strong intuition.
  • You’re highly proficient across the Figma ecosystem, using it for UI, prototyping, system design, and collaborative discovery. You leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and iterations.
  • You’re passionate about supporting, mentoring, and guiding other designers, fostering an interdisciplinary environment that elevates overall design quality and team growth.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying

Why you'll love it here

  • Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
  • Make an impact on millions of customers and partners across 850+ cities in 50+ countries.
  • Work in fast-moving, autonomous teams with talented and supportive colleagues.
  • Accelerate your professional growth through unique career opportunities.
  • Receive a rewarding salary and stock option package that helps you focus on doing your best work.
  • Enjoy hybrid working, with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week to support collaboration, connection, and teamwork.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.

Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
