About the role and team

Uber Advertising's vision is to offer the most marketplace-centric advertising to connect our platform users-eaters, riders, and earners-with advertisers. As a Senior Client Partner, you will be tasked with establishing Uber as an indispensable partner to the world's largest agency holding companies. You will move the real world by bridging digital and physical spaces, helping brands convert a highly engaged user base globally.

This is a high-stakes environment where we are building a business from the ground up. You must navigate the messiness of a new division, including shifting priorities and the ambiguity of solving problems without a pre-existing script. We need a trust-builder who leads with respect and can handle tough negotiations and client objections with resilience and grit.

What you'll do

• Build and grow strategic, long-term partnerships with agency holding companies by understanding their marketing objectives and driving adoption of our expanding ads suite.
• Navigate the internal complexity of a new organization to execute agency account plans that provide education, go-to-market support, and advocacy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to resolve blockers and ensure we are delivering on partner needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage revenue pipelines with urgency and discipline, balancing quick wins with deals that require months of persistent trust-building.
• Communicate clearly and negotiate confidently through difficult partner conversations, utilizing data to influence decision-makers and secure stakeholder support.
• Adapt to evolving marketplace feedback and provide insights to technical teams to inform future ads product roadmaps.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales or agency environments.
• Native level of Spanish and fluent English
• Experience building and managing a multi-million euros advertising business.
• Proficiency in establishing partnership plans and growing business demand with agency leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Creative storyteller with a proven ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence C-level decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity environment and adapt approach based on market dynamics.
• Strong network across the local agency landscape with a track record of building trust through awareness and reliability. Values-aligned mindset demonstrating resilience, resourcefulness, and a "go-get-it" attitude toward complex problem-solving.
