Senior Account Manager, Amazon Pickup & Return Points (PARP)

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as Account Manager for Amazon's alternative delivery solutions.

About the Role: Amazon Pickup & Return Points (PARP) is an alternative delivery solution offering convenient pickup and return options to Amazon customers. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our network, handling major partners in retail, property management, and transportation sectors.

Key job responsibilities

Own and drive executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders across partner organizations

Lead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms and service level agreements, with Tier1 French / European companies

Conduct market analysis and forecasting to shape strategic decisions

Maintain complete ownership of the pickup network, including performance optimization and expansion strategy

Drive network development/roll-out, maintain and optimize current operations, conduct performance reviews, and manage contract renewals

Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Tech Ops/Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management)

Lead business expansion, route-to-market strategies, and new product/service launches

Drive offline Marketing and Advertising campaigns with location partners

Ensure best-in-class customer experience across all Pickup locations

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Speak, write, and read fluently in French
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience in account management or project management
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks
• Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Knowledge of accounting principles, processes, and entries
• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
• Knowledge of general AI tools
• Contract management experience
