About the role

Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Revolut. Recruiters seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and collaborate across the business to build high-performing, forward-thinking teams.

We're looking for a Sales Hiring Specialist to conduct interviews for our future Sales team members. You'll use your sharp eye for potential to spot the right candidates who'll help customers discover the value of Revolut through a solution-oriented approach.

What you'll be doing

• Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join our rapidly growing teams
• Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
• Conducting interviews aimed at assessing a candidate's sales skills and suitability for our team
• Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
• Being a subject-matter expert in sales hiring

What you'll need

• Experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) or direct sales (BDR, Account Manager, etc.)
• A solid understanding of the sales cycle and success drivers
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• The ability to hold professional interviews, assess skills, and write clear, structured feedback
• Great commercial judgement, with the ability to identify top sales talent through structured interviews and conversation
• To be comfortable assessing soft skills and cultural alignment, using behaviour questions and evidence-based evaluation

Nice to have

• Experience in both recruitment and sales
• Fluency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish to support multiple pipelines
• Familiarity with different sales motions (inbound, outbound, new business, mid-market, etc.)
• Structured interview experience using scorecards and behavioural interviewing methods (STAR)

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN10,700 - PLN11,900 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN10,700 - PLN11,900 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
