Sales Associate – Entry Level

Are you confident speaking to people, motivated to achieve results and looking for an opportunity to develop new skills?

We are expanding our Cardiff-based sales team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our residential sales campaigns. This is a face-to-face role involving direct interaction with customers in residential areas, representing established brands and introducing their products and services.

Previous sales experience isn’t necessary. We provide structured training, practical guidance and ongoing support to help you develop your communication, customer service and sales skills.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

* Speaking directly with potential customers in residential neighbourhoods.

* Introducing and promoting products and online delivery-based services.

* Building positive relationships through professional face-to-face communication.

* Understanding customer requirements and explaining relevant services.

* Responding to questions and handling customer feedback.

* Maintaining accurate records of customer conversations and results.

* Working alongside other team members to meet campaign objectives.

* Participating in regular coaching and development sessions.

* Travelling to our Cardiff office as required.

* Employment status: Self-employed.

* Availability: Minimum commitment of 4 days per week.

* Earnings: Commission-based, with uncapped earning potential.
