Project Management Officer, SMB - GBS

Responsibilities TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. To help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric strategic mindstep. You will be doing so by designing and executing scaled sales & service delivery strategies, as well as ensuring that our customers have the right tools and product at their fingertips.

We are currently looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) for the Dublin office to assist with project management, and cross-team communication. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong industry experience, fluency in written and spoken English language and demonstrated stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with a fast-paced, start-up mindset in an international and multicultural environment.

• Manage professional scheduling for GM GBS, including agendas, email, client management, and other company logistics. Ensures success of key meetings.

• Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to GBS UK Leads.

• Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals

• Provide administrative and office support, such as coordinating with facilities team on events, seating

• Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

• Lead on all major company social events , including venue selection, project management, logistics, and third-party management

• Lead on client entertainment; manage team wide entertainment initiatives, client experience and partner management

• Act as internal expert on internal company systems (e.g. Contracts, approval chain, purchase system) and coach others.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in PMO, Project Management, or Project Coordination roles.

• Strong ownership and execution skills; objective-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Strong organisation, prioritisation, and stakeholder coordination skills, with attention to detail.

• Creative, adaptable, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience with project tracking, reporting, timelines, and risk management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
