• Experience in program or project management
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience defining and executing program requirements
• Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

• Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organization
• Own a program / region and deliver the infrastructure strategy for Amazon Logistics (launch new sites and parking locations for AMZL)
• Drive complex business decisions by writing White Papers supported by data and financial analysis
• Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations
• Enhance operational performance on every program in partnership with your stakeholders
• As a Programme Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan
• Program Managers have significant responsibilities, and you’ll deal with complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. With a responsibility extending beyond process improvements, you could also contribute to improving other areas of the business, like diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Help plan the future of the biggest last mile delivery network in Europe
• Select, build and launch huge buildings and infrastructure with multi-million dollar budgets
• Make decisions that shape Amazon’s fulfillment strategy across the globe
