Do you want to help shape the direction of AI at one of the largest banks in the Nordic countries?

Join the GenAI Platform team within GenAI Innovation & Foundation at Danske Bank. We build shared products and services that enable teams across our Technology & Services organisation to build great AI systems for colleagues and customers.

Our area brings together more than 100 colleagues based in Denmark, Lithuania and India. You will be one of four Product Owners leading four teams with around 35 specialists in total.

Your team builds tools, services and reusable patterns that help teams deliver high-quality AI experiences quickly, securely and compliantly. You will provide product direction and stakeholder alignment, supported by technical and design expertise from our chapters.

In this role, you will shape shared AI products and services across Danske Bank, connect platform capabilities with strategic business opportunities and help define how humans and AI work together in a large enterprise.

We are looking for a Product Owner who can turn emerging technology into clear product direction and delivery. You bring structure to ambiguity, build strong relationships and turn different perspectives into clear decisions.

You will:

• Own the AI Experience product vision, roadmap, priorities and success measures.
• Lead the squad through ambiguity, set clear direction and foster collaboration, learning and shared ownership.
• Partner with engineers, architects and designers to deliver capabilities that enable secure, scalable AI experiences.
• Identify strategic initiatives where our services can accelerate delivery and adoption of our GenAI Platform.
• Create clear proposals, decision materials and updates for squads and senior management.
• Agree delivery priorities, owners and dates with stakeholders and dependent teams; follow up on commitments and escalate blockers.

About you:

• 5+ years’ experience in product ownership, project or programme management within complex technology environments.
• Experience leading teams in scaled agile environments, such as SAFe.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Ability to connect strategic objectives with product priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Technical understanding sufficient to challenge assumptions and discuss delivery trade-offs.
• Clear communication in English, including concise materials for senior management.
• Participation in technology transformation, such as cloud adoption or enterprise platform delivery, is an advantage.
• Curiosity and passion for AI and emerging technology that shapes the future of work.

What we offer you:
Monthly salary range from EUR 4,400 to EUR 6,600 gross, based on your competencies relevant for the job.
