Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of web technologies, and the software development life-cycle. Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical concepts related to scalability, and performance.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Passion for and understanding of online safety, security risks, and privacy best practices. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, policy, legal, security).

As a Product Manager focused on Trust and Safety, you'll be at the forefront of protecting and enhancing the experience for both users and developers within most influential platforms. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Poland: zł260000 - zł266000 (PLN) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product goal and strategy for ensuring the trust and safety of the Chrome Web Store and Chrome Extensions ecosystem.
  • Define and prioritize product initiatives to enhance the security and quality of Chrome Extensions, working closely with security analysts, the review team, the policy manager, and engineering.
  • Drive the development and implementation of automated systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of security and quality reviews for Chrome Extensions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to build tools and infrastructure that support proactive detection and mitigation of harmful extensions.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to identify trends, measure the impact of trust and safety initiatives, and inform product decisions.
