Job Description

The Opportunity

The position is in the Edinburgh, Scotland Adobe office; candidates must be able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday weekly.

Are you passionate about driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

The B2B Expansion team (within Adobe’s Unified Platform) is looking for a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth across Adobe’s SMB and Mid-market business. Our team builds the workflows, features, and monetization strategies that power Adobe’s amazing growth. For nearly every new product Adobe brings to market, our team is a key part of its launch and growth strategy.

Please note: We’re hiring across a wide range of experience levels for this role - from new graduates, or candidates early in their PM career who bring exceptional judgment and are ready to grow quickly with strong mentorship, to seasoned PMs who can own complex initiatives from day one. We’ll match the level of the role to the strength and experience of the candidate, so don’t rule yourself out based on years of experience: if you’re the right person, there’s a place for you here.

What you’ll do:

We’re open to Product Managers across the experience spectrum: recent graduates ready to launch their PM career with focused mentorship, PMs looking to progress beyond entry-level execution and take on greater ownership, and experienced PMs (6+ years) ready to lead sophisticated initiatives with significant autonomy. Wherever you’re starting from, you’ll have real ownership, the opportunity to drive meaningful impact, and strong support along the way.

In this role, you will drive product management on the B2B Expansion team (described above), partnering closely with the team daily and reporting to a Sr. Manager of Product Management, based in Adobe’s headquarters in San Jose, California. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market to define and ship impactful product experiences.

Your responsibilities in this role will be to:

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth initiatives within the B2B Expansion team. Identify opportunities to improve free-to-paid conversion, trial activation, and SMB/Mid-market retention.

  • Develop hypotheses, help design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and translate findings into clear product decisions and next steps. Write clear test charters that guide experimentation from setup through readout.

  • Work closely with data, pulling insights from dashboards, funnel analyses, and behavioral signals, to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities and measure success of shipped features.

  • Partner with go-to-market, engineering, design, and analytics teams to launch product features that directly contribute to revenue generation and new product monetization.

  • Be the customer advocate every step along the way, helping the entire team keep a sharp customer focus.

What we’re looking for:

  • Open to all experience levels - from new graduates to 6+ years in product management. We’ll calibrate the level of the role to your background: for more experienced candidates, we’re looking for a demonstrated track record of driving initiatives from conception to launch; for candidates earlier in their career, we’re looking for strong judgment, curiosity, and the drive to make an impact.

  • **Strong interest in product-led growth (PLG):**curiosity about the mechanics of free-to-paid conversion and how to move those metrics. Direct experience in free, freemium, or trial product models is a strong plus, but not required - we’ll help you build this expertise on the job.

  • Comfort with (or strong aptitude for) A/B testing: writing test charters, designing experiments, running tests, and analyzing results to make confident product decisions.

  • **Strong data orientation:**you’re comfortable working directly with data, defining success metrics, and using quantitative insights to guide prioritization and strategy.

  • Ability and appetite to learn quickly with a curious, problem-solving-focused mind. Excellent business intuition, sound judgment, and the ability to influence key stakeholders.

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Experience with AI: Adobe and the B2B Expansion team are leaning heavily into AI to drive productivity and deliver more value to our customers. We’re looking for a candidate who has experience building or working with AI-powered features or products, along with a strong interest in continuing to learn and grow in this area.
