Job Description
Who you are
- 8+ years of technical product management, product operations, or deployment strategy experience — with a track record of driving complex, cross-functional programs to outcome in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS
- Engineering background or equivalent technical depth: you can get into the architecture of a problem, understand what is blocking a deployment, and have a credible conversation with the engineers fixing it
- Deep familiarity with AI and agentic systems — not as a spectator. You have gone hands-on with LLMs, agent frameworks, or AI-powered products and understand how they fail in enterprise environments
- Proven operator: you manage portfolios, not just projects. You can hold many customers in view simultaneously, spot systemic blockers, and move fast to resolve them
- Growth hacker DNA — obsessed with the adoption number, creative about how to move it, relentless about what is in the way
- Exceptional communicator: you can write a crisp exec summary and walk into a room with a VP of Product to make a product case — on the same day
- Comfortable in ambiguity: this program is being built as it runs. You can create structure from noise and give teams clarity when there is none
- Excited to travel ~25% of the time to be present with customers, field teams, and product stakeholders
- Experience at or alongside a hyperscaler (Google, AWS, Azure, Salesforce) running large-scale technical deployment or adoption programs
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform: Agentforce, Service Cloud, FDE/PS go-to-market model
- Background in voice technology, telephony infrastructure, or contact centre deployments
- Prior outbound PM experience: packaging, partner enablement, or customer-facing product roles
- Experience building and running deployment playbooks used by partner or field ecosystems at scale
What the job involves
- We are hiring an Adoption PM to own the Agentforce adoption program from zero to one thousand customers
- You will not manage individual deployments — you will manage the entire portfolio
- Your mission, every day, is a single question: how many customers are live, and what is standing between today and more?
- This is an outbound role in the product management sense: you are not working with scrum teams directly
- You are working with customers, field teams, product, and partners to drive adoption at velocity
- You translate what you see in the field into product requirements through the inbound product managers who build and deliver
- You own the feedback loop that makes everything faster
- In a startup this role is called a growth hacker
- In product management it is a TPM
- At Salesforce, it is the person who ensures the first 100 customers go live and that the playbook is sharp enough to take the next 900 without you in every room
- Run the program. Own the Agentforce adoption program for Service Cloud end-to-end — portfolio-level tracking, deployment velocity, blocker resolution, and go-live reporting across all lighthouse and scaled customers
- Set the operating rhythm. Operate a high-touch, daily cadence with product, FDE, CSM, and PS teams for the first 100 customers; transition to a lighter-touch weekly/bi-weekly model as the program matures past 100
- Close the feedback loop. Intake customer feedback from the field and close the loop with inbound product managers within a week. You are the fastest path from field signal to product action
- Unblock at scale. Identify what is blocking FDE, CSM, PS, and partner teams from running the deployment playbook — and fix it. Enable, enable, enable
- Own the playbook. Build and maintain the deployment playbook that the full Agentforce field ecosystem runs from. Own its accuracy and completeness
- Track adoption. Carry the adoption metric. Know the number. Know the gap. Know the path
- Communicate at every level. Summarise program status clearly for executive leadership and go deep with engineering when the problem demands it. You are comfortable in both rooms
- Bridge field and product. Work closely with Agentforce product leadership to ensure that field-validated product requirements reach the right inbound PM with enough signal to act on
- ---What Success Looks Like---
- 100 Agentforce Service Cloud customers live in production within the first program cycle
- Customer feedback closes to product action in under one week
- FDE, CSM, PS, and partner teams are running a shared, validated deployment playbook — not reinventing it per customer
- Adoption velocity increases quarter-on-quarter. The number moves
- Program status is visible and trusted by executive leadership at all times
- The program can scale past 100 customers with a lighter-touch model because the product, playbook, and commercial model are proven
Benefits
- Medical Care
- Life Insurance
- Retirement Savings
- Employee Assistance Programs
- With 9 standard holidays and four floating holidays, you get a total 13 paid days off each year
