About The Role We’re looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to help us grow our Bolt Drive operations in Germany, with a focus on streamlining and automating processes to make operations more efficient.

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality of the Bolt Drive car fleet, impacting the strategy of our car fleet and managing the local operations in Germany. You will be working closely with the local team and HQ teams, where your work will drive business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.

You’ll focus on improving processes, including automating workflows wherever possible to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs. To thrive in this role, you should be smart, hardworking, and results-driven, with a focus on getting things done in a simple and effective way. Most importantly, you are aligned with Bolt’s values and consistently put them into practice.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Operations Improvement: Review existing processes and create new workflows to make operations more efficient managing the repair, maintenance and totalled vehicle sales processes.
  • Data Analysis: Provide insights and analysis to support cross-functional initiatives. Automate and standardize processes wherever possible to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Partner Management: Collaborate with country-wide partners and key local partners. Including vendors and vehicle repair shops.
  • Fleet Rotation: Support the process of in-fleeting and de-fleeting our cars.
  • Operational Results: Track and deliver key performance metrics, achieving country targets through operational excellence. Report progress and KPIs proactively and clearly.

About You

  • 2+ years experience in fleet management, preferably in: car rental or car sharing industry, operations or consulting.
  • You’re proactive, results-driven, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
  • You turn data into action, automate processes, and find ways to make operations more efficient.
  • You are highly analytical and confident with data; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German are a must.
